At Key Martial Arts we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive any items that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within two weeks, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund.
Returns Process
If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below:
1. Contact us and let us know that you would like to return a product. To check if your exchange item is in stock, just go to the website and make sure your size is available.
2. Please ensure that the product and its packaging are in the condition in which you received it.
3. Return to your instructor.
4. Once received, we will inspect and process the goods to ensure you receive your exchange/refund in a reasonable timeframe. So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming your exchange or refund, and how it is being processed to your original form of payment.
6. Key Martial Arts will then deliver the order to you child's class or by courier.
